Milia

Milia are tiny cysts filled with  keratin, a protein found in skin, hair, and nails. They              appear as small, hard white  bumps under the skin's  surface and are most commonly found on the face, particularly around  the eyes, cheeks, and  nose.

What causes them?

Milia form when dead skin cells become trapped  beneath the skin's surface. This can occur due to several factors, including:

Skin trauma

Thick creams or products that clog pores

Prolonged sun damage

Certain medications

How to prevent reoccurrence?

Avoid heavy creams

Apply daily SPF50

Regular exfoliation (use products such as salicylic acid or glycolic acid).
